Name: Abhiram Devidasan
Tell us about yourself: MSc student in Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics at Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart (HfT Stuttgart). Background in BIM engineering with 3 years of professional experience on infrastructure projects. Currently developing skills in GIS analysis, LiDAR processing, spatial databases and photogrammetric workflows. Interested in open source geospatial tools, particularly QGIS and PostGIS.
Any OSGeo projects and communities you are involved in: I just recently joined the OSGeo community via Discourse. Interested in contributing to QGIS documentation and the OSGeo-DE local chapter.
What do you want to learn / contribute?
I would like to contribute to QGIS documentation and improve help content related to raster analysis workflows, network analysis and spatial statistics, which are some areas I am actively working with in my Master’s studies. I am also keen to engage with the OSGeo-DE community and attend FOSS4G events.
