If you read the message about ALTEK AC31 problems that I sent out you
may get some idea. I am trying to use ALTEK AC31 with grass4.1 patch3 and
have the same problem as you have. Could you let me know what OS and hardware
you are using? Let's work together.
That might be of interest for more people with digitizer problems. Thanks to
a tip fom Martin Schroeder, Heidelberg, I was able to solve the problem with
the ALTEK AC40 by replacing get_diginput.c with get_diginput.c.pre1
(probably an old version) and recompiling v.digit. The system configuration
is a DATA GENERAL with DG/UX 5.4
