Arc/Info dxf file to Grass vector

Hello!

Earlier I posted a message about the difficulty I'm have converting the text from an
Arc/Info dxf file into a Grass vector. I have a simple question: Can this even be done?

Hi Ron!
I can say that Arc/Info dxf file can be converted into GRASS vector.
But the right way to do it is creating DLG format in ArcInfo and
then bring DLG file into GRASS through v.import command. From my
experience, the v.in.dxf or v.in.arc are not working commands.
