Hello,
I have two questions about ASCII vector files. When
listing the coordinates for a polygon, does it matter
if they are listed clockwise or counter-clockwise?
For example, if an entire polygon is located within
another polygon, should the coordinates of the interior
polygon be listed differently than the exterior?
When specifying a point within a polygon for an attribute
label, does it have to be somewhere special in the polygon
or does it merely have to be within the polygon?
