Greetings from Idaho !!!
We need a way in GRASS 4.1 to check for attributes of neighboring
polygons for two reasons:
1. For error checking in labeling, and
2. For getting reports of what is adhjacent to what
We would like to do this on the vector data but would certainly consider
some method involving conversion to raster.
