yes-- p.map with the painter selected as ppmas to sizing... there was a neat post a while back which illustrates
one way... this uses xpr to print a xwd formatted file ..from Chris Murphy at Oregon State
pnmtoxwd paint.ppm | xpx -device xxxx -height 17 -width 11 -density 180 -landscape | lpr whatever
