Hi,
Someone posted some time ago a question about importing CADRG files into
GRASS. Yes it could be done with NIMAMUSE 2.x , a group of tools in order
to manage NIMA'S files. The specific module is called Raster Importer. But
attention it must be run on a Unix machine, but there were no Linux
version. Take a look at this page and to the manuals (they come with the
package)
