COMPILATION of GRASS on IBM RISK

Hello

A colleaue of mine is trying to compile grass on a IBM RISK.
It seems as though that when it arrives to:

gis/src/imagery/i.tape.other/bsq1.c

the compiler stops and stays there until someone stops the process! :frowning:

Any ideas why this might occur?
