You need to change the Gmakefile:

$(CC) $(LDFLAGS) -o $@ $(LIST) $(LIBES) $(VECTLIB) $(GISLAB) $(MATHLIB)

should be:

$(CC) $(LDFLAGS) -o $@ $(LIST) $(VECTLIB) $(GISLAB) $(LIBES) $(MATHLIB)
