Sayeed,
I have had success with the DISPLAY option in INFO, and I was wondering
whether you neglected to tack on a PRINT statement to the end of your
DISPLAY command (which is why it would only print to the screen).
Try something like this...
OUTPUT /path/to/output.txt
DISPLAY $RECNO,<FILE>#,<FILE>-ID,ATTRIBUTE,ATTRIBUTE PRINT
OUTPUT arcsnp
