Since I've recieved a couple of requests for d.leg.thin, It is now available
via anonymous ftp from moon.cecer.army.mil (129.229.20.254) under
grass/incoming. I also went ahead and added an option to produce a
smooth gradient legend, as requested by Peter Briggs.
Just a reminder, this program is not a part of any official GRASS release.
