I installed GRASS4.0 in another SUN IPX machine. However, I
got an error in running d.mon as shown below..I couldn't
display anyimages..Do you have any ideas ?

Are you running your version of GRASS via a Dumb terminal attached to
the SUN. When I run it on my IPX like this, I have to issue a
" setenv DISPLAY terminal_name:0.0 " or I get the same error when attempting
to start a monitor via d.mon
