What are the problems if one uses $LOCATION/colr to store the color
information for a vector map cateogories.
One problem would be, that Grass allows for vector and raster maps to
have identical names. The colr directory would have to be able to
distinguish color tables for the vector map `soils' from those of the
raster map `soils'.
