I am using Grass4.1 update5 on an IBM RS6000 with a Calcomp digitizer.
As I've last used it (sometime ago) under update 4 everything works fine, but n

I get a "digitizer read error" when I try to register a new map.
I remembered that I had to change the file src/mapdev/v.digit/get_diginput.c
and recompile in an earlier update version.
Is this still the same or what can I do?
I would be grateful for any help
