Dear Dr. Kroeger,
I found this message of yours in the mail-archive. I was searching for some
clues to my digitizer problems. I had a Altek AC40 hooked up to a Data
General, it died last week while it was moved. Now I'm trying to run GRASS
with a Calcomp 9100. Unfortunately there is no manual for the digitizer. I
found a little documentation in the GRASS source code, but It was not of
very much help. I could not find a format file for it. I was also wondering,
if the only way to change the settings is to take it apart in order to get
to the dip switches?. I am very frustrated with this problem, I've been
working on it for two days now and am running out of Ideas. I would
appreciate if you could help me with this.

We have a CalComp 9100 series table that has proved very reliable and is
supported by Grass. At the time we purchased, three years ago, CalComp had
a very aggressive academic discount which allowed us to buy a much nicer
table than we thought we could afford.Glenn C. Kroeger, Ph.D.
