I was asked to review a sign-in (or sign-up?) attempt and the message came from a “system” actor. Clicking on “system” I was given the option to either “Message” or “Chat” with such actor (“system”). I’ve tried both. What I did in “chat” is still visible but I cannot find what I did with “message”. Can any other staff member see those communications ?
Hmm not seeing that. I did get a message from System though asking me to approve a user who it deemed suspicious because the user did not check any topics before registering for an account.
It looked legit to me so I approved the account.
In that same screen where you are asked to approve there was some icon that opened up other possibilities being sending a message (to whom I’ve no idea) or chatting. I did both so there should be two messages of mine in some limbo. That “place” was labeled “system” bit I don’t find it amongst categories
