If ITD is what is used on the Digital Chart of the World CD, there was a
set of programs that run under DOS to pull various vector files out. I got
it on the idrisi ftp site, midget.towson.edu (called collectively DCWVPF I
think)) and written by Peter Schlesinger of Woods Hole. I can make
