Docs for 5.0beta3

  I think that I've missed something. I went to the Baylor ftp server
(keck.baylor.edu) and found the 5.0beta3 binaries for linux. But, the
/manuals directory is empty.

  Are the 5.0 docs somewhere else?

We are in the process of finalizing the manuals. Should have them
done in short order.
