fire model from Rutgers

Check the file fire.tar.Z in /grass/incoming at ftp site:
  moon.cecer.army.mil

Last time when I downloaded myself to a host other the system
I put this tar-file from I could not un-tar it. That means
one should be the "root" user or the file system allows
easy creation of file directories. If you find unable to
un-tar the file, please give me a private message, I'll
try other options to place the fire modeling package.

One of our foresters received some information about a fire model
developed by Rutgerites that uses GRASS and BEHAVE. Can anyone
give us some more info on this - and a location for where to find
the model?
