g.list

Francois,

somehow only the NRCS enhancements to the elements list is showing up
when you do g.list.

The element_list file is under the $GISBASE/etc directory.

The contents of the NRCS element_list is as follows:

# @(#)Element_List 2.4 12/2/87
# this file specifies the database elements that
# are processed by RENAME, REMOVE, COPY, and LIST
#
# format:
# main_element:alias:description:menu text
# support_element:description

Check your list under the etc directory if it looks like the included version
then maybe the format needs modification.
