Get the file grass4.0.updates/src/libes/gis/commas.c from moon, and install
(ie compile) it into the gis library - put commas.c under src/libes/gis
and run gmake4.0. Then recompile v.in.arc.

|I unsuccessfully tried to compile v.in.arc and obtained this result:

| _G_remove_commas
|

|Can someone please help me find _G_remove_commas or tell me what else to
|get to compile this program. Thanks!
