what are you exactly trying to do? Get information from geoNetwork?
What kind of information?
You can see a list of useful services on geoNetwork here:

We can help you here on what services and parameters you need to use
to call geoNetwork, but I guess that for the .NET example you should
better ask on a .NET forum.
