I would like to propose Jose Garcia as a committer to the SVN trunk of GeoNetwork opensource. Jose has been a long time developer on GeoNetwork, more specifically on the ebRIM sandbox. He has also participated in the development of a new map viewer based on GeoExt that will hopefully be part of an upcoming InterMap replacement and has been resolving a whole range of bugs in different branches over time. Jose is working with me at GeoCat and will in that role have significant contributions to make. Being a Spanish citizen, he also helps improve the uptake of GeoNetwork in the Spanish speaking community.

Ha, thanks Simon. This was for commit rights to trunk, not PSC But I take it that SVN commit rights are ok for you if you consider him ready for PSC!
