Hi,
I just opened a pull request I want you to comment. I started adding
specific geoNetwork events we can listen to:

I am not sure if this deserves a proposal or if this is small enough
to be incorporated without voting...
The idea is to incorporate more events when we add new services, so if
we need to extend geoNetwork with actions related to common events, we
don't have to modify the core but just add a lateral maven project.
