Hello,
if you want to add a new language to geonetwork banner, you have to
edit banner.xsl in web/geonetwork/xsl and edit strings.xml files in each
language directory (en, fr, cn,..) in web/geonetwork/loc.

Hello Berreta,i'm still have problem in homepage of my geonetwork when i
change the language. The combo box for region on below of minimap in the
left side site is gone. When i use English language it's display again like
Africa, Australia, etc.But when i change to my language it' gone. What i
must do?Thanks for your help.

hi,
do you mean the region select box has actually disappeared, or is it just empty ? If empty it’s probably because you’ll also need to put support for your targeted language in to the database, in addition to localizing the strings.xml files.
I will send you an SQL file that adds Dutch language to the database, as an example so you can see which tables are affected.
