I would like to propose Florent as a committer for GeoNetwork. Florent has been using GeoNetwork for a number of years and has been contributing a lot in the last 2 years when he joined camptocamp. Working with him on many GeoNetwork projects for Ifremer and 3 régions using geOrchestra in France (Aquitaine, Alsace, Picardie), he has been proposing many bug fixes and pull requests. He also learned a lot working with Jesse on the geocat.ch project and knows most of the part of the application.
Florent joined us in the last Bolsena codesprint and we’ve been prototyping the new user interface. Right now, we’re starting together a refactoring of the metadata editor for GéoSource project and I’m sure he will continue bringing major and relevant improvements.
