[GeoNetwork-devel] CFV: Proposal to add sub-template support

Dear PSC members,

This is a proposal to add a directory manager in GeoNetwork (aka
sub-template manager). Directory could be a contact list which could
be used in the editor. It does also support other kind of ISO elements
(like fragments produce by WFS harvester).
