try-ing to compile the documentation in the GN 2.7.0 trunk I see this error:
[INFO] BUILD FAILED
[INFO] /home/tomcat/software/geonetwork/trunk/docs/widgets/build.xml:33: Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program “/usr/local/bin/jst”: java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory
What program is “jst” ?
I don’t know it .

Recently was added in the documentation project the docs related to the new javascript widgets and depends on JSTools.
See in docs/widgets/README to install the required applications to create it.
Also if not interested to build the widgets documentation, you can comment in docs/pom.xml the sections related to ant-widgets.
