A CSW GetRecords request using a “Not Like” constraint ignores the constraint and returns all results.
This should work according to the OGC 07-006r1 spec which says (p14):
attribute not like ‘%will_not_contain_this%’
I’ve raised this as issue #595.
I also can’t get “Modified Before” or “Modified After” to work, and I’ve added this as a comment to #461.
