[GeoNetwork-devel] data dir

Hi,

where Geonetwork store metadata created?

Thanks

Hi

GeoNetwork uses by default embedded Mckoi database to store metadata. You can use GAST tool to configure another database like MySQL, Postgres or Oracle.

Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval
Try the new software tools for yourself. Speed compiling, find bugs
proactively, and fine-tune applications for parallel performance.

hi Luca,

geonetwork stores its metadata in a database.
The database is configured with gast. (Geonetwork/bin/gast.bat)
The lucene index is in Geonetwokr/web/geonetwork/WEB-INF/db.

Just for next time. As far as I know the geonetwork-users mailinglist
would be the appropriate place for questions about using geonetwork.

good luck
Timo
