We have a big problem. Have made metadata on Geonetwork. Now after a year
when some metadata is reviewed it's deleted next time when you search it.
Everything is same with preferences and environment.
Anyone with this problem or any advise what to do?

Hi,
First of all: what version of geoNetwork are you running? Did you add some
addon or modification? Are you using the workflow?
What do you mean with review: do a workflow review and publish, view the
metadata, edit the metadata?
Could it be possible that the database is empty (table metadata) and when
you review the metadata, the index is refreshed on this metadata and that's
why it disappears?

I can think of a couple of circumstances.
1) If the privileges have changed and you search for it as a regular user vs. being logged in as administrator. See if it is also going away if you are logged in as admin. If you just can't see it as a user but you can as admin, you can just reset the access privileges. Or make sure the status isn't set to draft or rejected.
2) I had some stability issues awhile back where the indexing was losing items. If I restarted GN/tomcat the missing items would re-appear. I don't remember the resolution. I might have rebuilt the Lucene index or it might have resolved itself.
