Dear all, during last IRC meeting, we've been discussing how to
release an "unstable" version of GeoNetwork as the coming 2.5.0 will
be one of these.
After discussion, we decided to propose an update of the current
release strategy in order to add more details on :
* when to make the release ?
* where to publish the release ?
* where to announce the release ?
Here [1] is my suggestion following the IRC discussion. Feel free to comment.
Cheers.
Francois

Hi all,
First of all, because I couldn't read any comments on the list:
It's really cool to see updates of both the Proposals and the Release Strategy pages! It adds much more transparency to both processes and I see it as a great improvement!
Also the release strategy sounds fine to me.
Keep up the good work!
Cheers,
Michael
