Dear dev list,
I have a headless deployment of GeoNetwork 2.5_pre on an Amazon VM. I have used the GAST GUI to remotely populated and reset the GeoNetwork DB but now I am executing command-line GAST on the headless server with the following command: /geonetwork/gast$ sudo java -jar gast.jar -setupdb.
In either case, I have to manually expunge the lucene index (geonetwork/web/geonetwork/WEB-INF/lucene/nonspatial and /spatial), the logo images (geonetwork/web/geonetwork/images/logos), and the GeoServer temp files and folders (geonetwork/data/*-*9 etc.). To my surprise Harvest Nodes persited after running GAST's GUI Setup command on the headless install. Deleting all tables and or deleting the lucene index appears to remove the Harvest Nodes.
Where are the Harvest Nodes stored?
What are all the "special tasks" that GAST's Setup GUI command performs?
What are other command-line GAST commands I can execute in an headless environment besides "gast$ sudo java -jar gast.jar -setupdb"?
Thank you for your time!
Ciao, Wolfgang
