Summary: Problem working with Oracle 10g

Initial Comment:
I've installed the v2.0b4 with the jdbc for Oracle 10g
on an XP Pro system. So far all it allows me to do is
login.

I have verified that the tables have been created in
Oracle and that the data has been loaded. I am able to
log in, but that is all that I am able to do.

It will not return any data from the database, nor will
it allow me to create any new metadata. It even fails
when I try to create a new user.

The Template and Group list boxes will not populate, so
I cannot create any new metadata.

When I attempt to creat a new user, I receive the
following error:

The requested operation could not be performed.

For input string: "1.0"

For a new group I receive:

The requested operation could not be performed.

For input string: "2.0"

Also, here are the errors that are present when I start the
GeoNetwork service. These are from the jetty.log:

0 [main] WARN com.k_int.hss - Unable to locate
collection directory service
javax.naming.NotContextException: Services is not a
subcontext
