Summary: Download on MySQL fails
Initial Comment:
I am facing a problem with "Downloading" option in
Geonetwork 2.0.0.
I have the metadata saved for a vector dataset, along
with the successful
file upload. I tried with .shp and also .zip uploads
and there is no
problem in uploading. The priviledge for this dataset
is ticked for
download and the download button also appears
accordingly. But, when I
search for the dataset (which it finds successfully)
and click
"download"button, it gives the following error:
The requested operation could not be performed.
Syntax error or access violation message from server:
"You have an error
in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds
to your MySQL server
version for the right syntax to use near 'oa.groupId =
g.id' at line 1"

I am on mySQL 4.1 database, using Apache Tomcat 4.1,
