[GeoNetwork-devel] [GeoNetwork opensource Developer website] #104: Metada Insert broken

#104: Metada Insert broken
----------------------------+-----------------------------------------------
Reporter: heikki | Owner: geonetwork-devel@lists.sourceforge.net
     Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: critical | Milestone: v2.4.0 RC0
Component: General | Version: v2.4.0 RC0
Keywords: Metadat Insert |
----------------------------+-----------------------------------------------
I tried to insert metadata using the classic Copy/Paste. The result was :

HTTP ERROR: 400

Cannot build ServiceRequest
Cause : <instalation-directory>\web\geonetwork\..\..\data\tmp (Access is
denied)
Error : java.io.FileNotFoundException

RequestURI=/geonetwork/srv/en/metadata.insert

I think that maybe, the way metadata insert works has been changed in
connection with the new File Upload function. But it seems to me that a
Copy/Paste should work as before, as there is no need at all to use tmp
files for this.

I tried this on a very recent check-out of the TRUNK sources.
