WebDav harvester creates a new UUID for the new metadata harvested.
This uuid is used in metadata table (uuid column) and also for the uuid
field in xml content before inserting in the catalog. So both values are
in synch.
But on reharvest, update the metadata just reads the xml content and
updates it in the catalog.
This causes that metadata uuid becomes different in metadata table (uuid
column) and xml content.
