#137: Mis-placed "mini keyword list"

Advanced Search: Click on keyword field to see the keyword list. Click
on the field again to remove the keyword list. Now type in 'water' then
click on the field again. A little pop-up menu ("mini keyword list") will
show up which lists 'watersheds' and 'water resources' BELOW the keyword
list instead of the normal position of just below the keyword field. This
seems to happen only in Firefox (3.5)
