#289: Zip file issue - related to 277

Related to 277. Feel free to mark "won't fix" but I think it's slightly
different.
Exported zip, each item of data's directory has four items in. One is the
"metadata" directory, one is info.xml. The other two are items called
"public" and "private" with 0byte's size.
7zip considers these items to be folders, where windows thinks they're
files which in itself is different from 277. Neither will export them. May
I suggest removing them given they don't appear to have any purpose.
