#493: Problems with Default View in ISO19139

When using the ISO19139 profile in the "default view" has the
following drawbacks:
1) Not to add more than one date "IDENTIFICATION INFO. (attached
image).
2) In "DATA QUALITY INFO" when you want to add another item, just load the
title text. (attached image).
But if you use the view "ISO ALL" the problem does not exist.
