#609: Could not search any Chinese in utf8 encoding

I have set the URIEncode=UTF-8 in tomcat6 server, and rebuild Rebuild
Lucene index in geonetwork Administrate, but could not search any Chinese
yet, in the tomcat log, I can confirm the query string get the right
encoding string.
And with a google search, maybe this is the reason:

In GeoNetwork trunk, you have the capability to define analyzer for each
fields and the default one to use in config-lucene.xsl [1]. Does this help
to solve the problem ?
