Add additional installer package to install/enable the next
functionalities to get !GeoNetwork ready with INSPIRE.
* INSPIRE validation rules (schematron).
* Thesaurus files (GEMET, Inspire themes).
* INSPIRE search panel.
* INSPIRE metadata view.
Attached patch with installer and documentation changes.
