#794: Can't save settings without entering values

If you open the system config page, change nothing, and try to save it,
you get the following errors:

The field 'maximum selected records' must be an integer.
The field 'maximum selected records' must be >= 1000.
The field 'base' cannot be empty.
The field 'users' cannot be empty.
The field '*not-found:nameattr*' cannot be empty.
The field 'uid attribute' cannot be empty.

Changes (by heikki):

  * status: new => closed
  * resolution: => invalid

Comment:

Was caused by a local change in the byzantine code we're using to simply
submit a form.
