Trying to import the attached metadata fails with this message:
!IllegalArgumentException : No prefix - cannot find a namespace to set for
element gmd:MD_Metadata - namespace URI http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd
The problem is in !DataManager.setNamespacePrefixUsingSchemas
Attached a patch to review.
