The reference map and interactive map do not allow a user to pan beyond
the +180 and -180 degrees in longitude. I have seen GeoServer be
configured with OpenLayers that allows the user to continuously pan beyond
these limits.
The are many WMS that straddle the international date line. EG. the
Pacific Ocean data. If panning beyond the existing +180 and -180
longitudes was allowed then these WMS could be seen in their entirety
without being split up.
Allow panning beyond the international date line for the reference map and
interactive map on both the standard and widget interfaces.
