#907: Proxy authentication not working with some passwords

Geonetwork seems to not be able to pass the authentication step on our
proxy server when the password contains special characters ('é' for
instance).
Other softwares (web browsers for example) behave nicely with such
passwords.
Configuration : GéoSource 2.7.3, Windows 7 prof 64 bits
