In MS Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) the check box for indication include /
exclude geographic extent does not show (but affect XML, adds
...><gco:boolean>false</...). Works in FireFox

Comment:

Seems to show in my IE8 and IE9 but it is quite a bit to the right - could
be that one of the earlier fixes has taken care of it.
