Hi Michelle and Andrea,
I would like to suggest we create a branch on the SVN to allow your developments to be followed by others, would that be a good option? I am sure there are some people that would be following your work with great interest! Andrea, could you assist with configuring SVN for this?
Thanks,
Jeroen

Hi Andrea:
We have a question as we are moving forward with our GeoNetwork portlet development. Here is a summary of what we have completed since we last met in Rome:
- We migrated from using the iframe portlet to creating portlets that directly communicate with the GeoNetwork services
- The portlets are accepting the XML output from the services and then create their own ouput into the portlet window
Right now, we are working on the portlet that collects the users search criteria, sends the search to GeoNetwork and accepts the search results and prints them into the portlet window. We are working with the main.search and main.present services.
Here is our question: GeoNetwork uses sessions to keep track of individual users and their searches and results. How do we ensure from our portlet development that the sessions are being used so that the correct search results will be send to the correct user?
Thanks
