I am looking for some hints concerning a problem with my Geonetwork-installation.
If I open the geonetwork-page in IE9 only the header is visible. For earlier versions of IE I could fix the problem by adding a “document.namespaces;” to main.xsl.
But in IE9 the website is still not working.
I tried to add a different Doctype in main.xsl

method=“html”
doctype-public=“-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN”
doctype-system=“http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”

to use the quirks-mode of Internet-Explorer but if I reload the page the old Doctype still appears, so the changes in main.xsl do not seem to have any influence on the genetwork-main-page.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
