Hi List,
I’m doing testing on GeoNetwork trunk 2.7 (rev 8059), tested creating a few metadata and trying to list the records in RIF-CS format :
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/en/oaipmh?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=rif
The above URL will return all records but when filter base on date :
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/en/oaipmh?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=rif&from=2000-01-20T13:00:15&until=2011-08-18T00:00:00
The records that the gco:DateTime that is null as below will not be returned.
gmd:dateStamp
<gco:DateTime />
</gmd:dateStamp>
Since creating metadata record base on template will actually copied the gco:DateTime base on the original template, and from the GeoNetwork GUI page, user are not able to edit that date, so, my question would be:
-
Why the following filter require value in gmd:dateStamp/gco:DateTime when I set the OAI Provider datesearch to modification date in Admin->System Configuration setting ?
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/en/oaipmh?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=rif&from=2000-01-20T13:00:15&until=2011-08-18T00:00:00 -
From the GeoNetwork GUI page, when mouse over the Date Stamp, the explaination : “Date that the metadata was created (YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss) mandatory”, so why not when the metadata is created base on the template, the created date time be set to gmd:dateStamp/gco:DateTime ?
Any help or pointer would be very much appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
